Michael has significant experience in venture capital through multiple jobs in the media and tech community in Los Angeles and has personally developed a strong network to source venture opportunities in early-stage companies. Michael has deployed and raised capital for various funds and direct deals in the venture space. Michael holds a B.A. from Tufts University.
Nikolas brings tremendous experience in the FinTech space having begun his career at BofA Securities where he covered FinTech out of their Investment Bank. He has worked across all sectors of the FinTech ecosystem with his primary focus being Payments, BNPL, Digital Banking and Banking Software. Nikolas holds a B.A. degree from Columbia University.
Imran brings substantial investment experience and deal knowledge through his work in the investment bank at BNP Paribas, the distressed debt team at the Fortress Investment Group as well as his early stage investments. Imran also holds a B.A. degree from Tufts University.
Stephanie Horton is a leading c-suite executive of the global luxury and fashion industry. She is currently Global Consumer Marketing Director for Commerce at Google where she leads the Global B2B/B2C Marketing teams helping to shape and drive the vision and strategy for Google Shopping and Travel.
Stephanie currently serves on The Advisory Boards of NYU Stern Fashion/Luxury MBA and The Black in Fashion Council. She serves on the Board of Directors for Farfetch where she chairs the ESG committee, The Board of Directors of Three Hills Capital Partners and two of their core investments FaceGym and Tomorrow, and The Board of Directors for NeueHouse/Cultureworks. Stephanie is also co-Founder of the organization Fashion Tech Connects, which connects female college students of color with Fashion and tech internships.
Stephanie holds an M.B.A in marketing from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business, and a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Arthur is a partner at Oakley Capital and has over 20 years of private equity investing experience. Arthur’s focus at Oakley is primarily on deal origination, execution and investment advice.
Prior to joining Oakley, Arthur was a Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners where he worked for 10 years. During his time at Charterhouse he was involved in the origination, execution and management of a number of the firm’s successful investments – especially in the media, education and business services sectors. He started his career at Bain & Company and has also worked at BC Partners and Exponent Private Equity.
Arthur holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Christ Church, Oxford.
