Michael Fares

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Michael is focused on cultivating B3 Capital’s distribution network through our founders, partners, and investors. Michael brings significant experience in sourcing and deploying for early-stage companies through B3 and his prior roles in the media and technology space. Michael holds a B.A. from Tufts University.

Nikolas Huth

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

At B3, Nikolas works on understanding the goals of our portfolio companies to ensure our ability to fully align our value-add with their needs. Nikolas began his career at BofA. He has worked across all sectors of the FinTech ecosystem with his primary focus being Payments, Market Infrastructure, and Banking Software. Nikolas holds a B.A. degree from Columbia University

Imran Trehan

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Imran applies his macro knowledge to help B3 position our portfolio companies for long-term growth and sustainability. He brings substantial investment experience and deal knowledge through his work at BNP Paribas, the Fortress Investment Group, and his other holdings. Imran also holds a B.A. degree from Tufts University

Stephanie Horton

Stephanie Horton is a leading c-suite executive of the global luxury and fashion industry.  She is currently Global Consumer Marketing Director for Commerce at Google where she leads the Global B2B/B2C Marketing teams helping to shape and drive the vision and strategy for Google Shopping and Travel. 

Stephanie currently serves on The Advisory Boards of NYU Stern Fashion/Luxury MBA  and The Black in Fashion Council.  She serves on the Board of Directors for Farfetch where she chairs the ESG committee, The Board of Directors of Three Hills Capital Partners and two of their core investments FaceGym and Tomorrow, and The Board of Directors for NeueHouse/Cultureworks. Stephanie is also co-Founder of the organization Fashion Tech Connects, which connects female college students of color with Fashion and tech internships.

Stephanie holds an M.B.A in marketing from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business, and a B.B.A. in finance from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Arthur Mornington

Arthur is a partner at Oakley Capital and has over 20 years of private equity investing experience. Arthur’s focus at Oakley is primarily on deal origination, execution and investment advice.

Prior to joining Oakley, Arthur was a Partner at Charterhouse Capital Partners where he worked for 10 years. During his time at Charterhouse he was involved in the origination, execution and management of a number of the firm’s successful investments – especially in the media, education and business services sectors. He started his career at Bain & Company and has also worked at BC Partners and Exponent Private Equity.

Arthur holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Christ Church, Oxford.
